Drawing on our network of over 200 engineers, together with a 24/7 national call centre, we take pride in our ability to offer our tail lift customers an unmatched level of breakdown support, repair and routine maintenance – wherever they are in the UK.

At our UK headquarters, we maintain over £2 million worth of parts stocks, including a wide selection of tail lift parts. These are available for use by service engineers, with an over-the-counter parts sales facility conveniently located at our Tamworth depot.

With an emphasis on compliance and statutory examinations, our training programme for ancillary equipment such as tail lift, lifting decks and shutters ensures that all tail lift engineers are competent and impartial, with extensive knowledge and practical experience of lifting equipment.

We provide specific training enabling our engineers to recognise potential defects that might be a safety risk should the tail lift or lifting decks and shutters continue to be used when faulty.

Understanding of the latest LOLER regulations/STE examinations forms an integral part of all our training programmes.
